Staff allocation/Recruitment Consultant
We are currently seeking a mature, professional individual to work within our team at North Sydney. With a background in Healthcare or Healthcare staff allocation and recruitment you will be an excellent communicator with attention to detail and good computer skills. This role is varied so you will never get bored! The role will include but is not limited to the screening and recruitment of staff, reference checks, allocation of staff into healthcare facilities and maintaining client relationships. You will be happy to pick up the phone and speak with our nurses as well as current and potential clients. This role offers the opportunity for growth and development.
Essential Criteria:
• Previous experience in dealing within the health industry
• Intermediate to advanced computer skills
• Ability to work within a team and independently
• Available to work outside business hours on a rotating basis
• Ability to multi task
Desirable Criteria
•Previous experience in the allocation of health or nursing staff
