Bondi Nurses selectively recruits highly experienced and qualified nursing personnel.
Screening of new recruits:
All members have a WWCC and complete a Prohibited Person Declaration. Applicants must provide two clinical referee reports and 100 points identification along with a current NSW Nurses registration. A Police Certificate must be provided to work in aged care or home care.
At recruitment, nursing staff are assessed on qualifications and experience and are then matched to clients according to their expertise.
Ongoing monitoring of performance:
Members are monitored for performance and professional conduct on an ongoing basis.
Complaints are taken seriously. We have a formal system for addressing performance issues.
